I read someone else's complaint about the same problem so I decided to check my Wi-fi connection. I was connected to a public network which is incorrect. So I changed it to what it is suppossed to be and I still cannot access TNT channel.

Cannot watch TNT
Apparently, lots of customers are having the same problem with the stream app. . I am watching TNT regular channel, in-home and I got kicked out with a message from xfinity. Told me I needed to log out and the problem would be fixed when I logged back in. NOT........I am being logged in to TV ToGO channels instead of the regular in-home channels and the programmng does not match. What gives??

Xfinity stream stopped working on my computer
I have been streaming on xfninity on my computer all day. I left for a few hours and came back to watch a show and this error popped up tde.provision.accountMismatch. What does this mean and how can it be fixed? Thank you!

Call 1800comcast and ask for Billing; your account appears to have an issue.

I have tried with all my browser, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE and after I click the enable and allow flash to run, it's still doesn't work. Almost like Xfinity is preventing it. I can't use Xfinity Stream on my Computer anymore.

Changes to Agreements with Content Providers
Is there any place where content provider agreement changes are announced? Every month I am finding more and more channels, shows, and movies being restricted to only being viewed on my home wi-fi. This month it is PBS not allowing me to view content while traveling. Is there a place where these changes are announced so that I can find out about them ahead of time?

I've been dealing with Techs and billing departments for the past 2 days. Nobody can give me a straight answer as to why my Xfinity stream will not register my Wi-fi as my own In-home.
