I keep getting this annoying TVAPP-00206. I have tried the fixes recommended (Cleared cache and Cookies). Here is my information.
Watching from home on my Win 10 laptop (North Atlanta, GA)
Sat. Nov. 11th, 2018 @4PM Eastern Time Zone

Using Chrom web browser (Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit))

xfinity streaming poor quality compared to netflix, etc.
Why is the xfinity stream experience so bad? I stream netflix, hulu, sling, individual HBO, etc and all are far superior to xfinity stream. I can stream everything smooth as silk except Xfinty. I suspect it has to do with Adobe Flash. No one hardly uses stream anymore for video delivery. It stutters, is not smooth and quality pops in and out of HD continuously.
Is there any plans to upgrade this app that has been in beta forever?

Notice there is no response from xfinity staff regarding this issue? That tells me that it is an issue that they do not want to talk about. I love my xfinity services but the streaming is the pits.

Did you ever find a solution to the issue with the movie titles coming up in spanish, instead of english.. this is for xfinity stream?
I have the same issue. have called customer service 2x and they act like it's the first time they've ever heard of such an issue.
Please let me know if you find out how to fix it.

I would be more than happy to help both of you with this issue.
Have either of you tried to log in with a different username and see if you still get the same error? You may need to create a new username if you don't already have an alternative.
Please give that step a try and let me know what you find so we can continue from there.

Error in Playing the CW show Legacies
I tried watching the new episode of Legacies and was unable to watch it. The pop up was 'This Video Cannot Be Played".

Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch
I am using Windows 10 Home and have tried using both chrome and Microsoft edge to sign into the website. I have tried deleting my cache and cookies as well as called the comcast 1-800 number for assistance and all have failed. I am able to log in on both a Samsung S8 and an Iphone 7. It gives me this same error no matter how many times I try to sign in please help.

I am not at that house so I’m not sure if the problem has been resolved. Sadly, I’ve asked to be kept informed of their progress, but don’t really get updates. I know here at this house I have Roku in the back but do not have any problem. I am asked every few days to renter a activation code and once I do, it’s fine. Few is at least 5 days. The difference is really Comcast Charleston here and Comcast Atlanta there. I’m also on Comcast BETA here and BETA does not work there because not home network. Wish Comcast would fix the home network issue there. I won’t be back at that house for another week, but sure once I’m there the problem will be back.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your login username to only be connected to your current account/address. If the agent seems to not understand then ask for a supervisor. fixed?

Xfinity Stream Animated Icon For Channel Loading Stays On Screen
I noticed that the Xfinity Stream animated icon (3 pulsing circles within a larger transparent circle) for a channel loading suddenly appeared in the middle of my screen, which made watching my program very distracting. I tried changing channels but it still remained. I was only able to make it disappear by logging off of Xfinity Stream then logging back on. Just making you aware in case you were not aware of this issue. Thanks.

Unable to log in to stream site
Hello,
When I attempt to log in to the "stream" site I get an error asking me to log out and log in again and the "issue" will be fixed. I've tried this on several computers, different browsers, tried clearing cache and deleting cookies. Nothing works. I'm still able to get into the Stream app for iOS but accessing the Xfinity Stream throws this login error every time.
Thanks for any ideas on how to get this working again.
