I got a notice yesterday there was an update to the Stream website; it just took a minute and I was back.

your browser updated or the non-chrome browser needed to update itself? web pages are 'text' and links and some have javascript and use flash for presentations?

I was in the Streem website when it prompted me to install an update.

i thought it installed something on my chrome...and the reason why i posted many times NOT to "spam" but as a PAYING customer i excpte that the services to work and if not that comcast will address not and not leave people hang for weeks or months...check out the site and youll see every one having nothing but issues and comcast not doing anything about it.

thats what happen to me, it pop up and when i did the update things got all messed up...dont do the update!!

Account Mismatch - Cannot Login

Getting error code "Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch"

 

Was a nightmare last week getting my service moved to new address and they accidentally linked an old address over 6 years old which still isn't fixed. I clearly see it when I login to my username. 

 

Already spoke with support, tried chrome, edge, deleted cookies and cache, etc. 

Pretty sure from research here and what happened the comcast support linked my instant tv to the wrong account.

Error 403 Can't watch live tv on my iPhone with stream app with using data only. I just spoke to xfinity and he informed me that you can not view live tv without wifi with the xfinity stream app because of the networks like abc and fox ect. This was the whole reason for signing up so we could watch football on our iPhone while traveling in a car. He said you would have to go to the networks website and stream or purchase from them.

It might be a hassle to get there for you, but my Xfinity Store is able to resolve all account-related issues.

The update hasn't affected my access to the website Stream page.

Can't access Fox News Channel with Xfinity Stream

I use Xfinity Stream on my desktop PC to watch TV. The last several days at 8am Pacific time Fox News Channel HD drops with an error message that Stream is attempting to re-establish the program but it fails. Rebooting the browser and clearing browsing data does not help. I get the same results with Edge and Firefox under Windows 10. All other TV channels stream fine. Several hours later Stream works fine with Fox News Channel. I am in Oregon, zip code 97321.

Well I canceled my service. To be honest I cannot believe people are willing to pay for a BETA app like this that has all kinds of problems. What most of you probably dont know is you get less channels for the money. You get more on other services like SlingTV compared to Xfinity. So I am going to choose SlingTV. Sorry Comcast but for $30 (just for sports packages) Comcast isn't even close to having the sports channels as others. Plus no TruTV which I heard was taken off of Comcast. All about the money, huh!!!!
