Is there a possiblity we can get the SEC Channel and the other ESPN channels on the XFinity Stream? I ask this because OVERALL both ESPN and the SEC Channel are owned by no other than COMCAST!!!! So how come we do not get these channels on XFinity Stream?

I am doing my homework figuring out the best streaming service for the buck. I don't care of I go over on my internet usage because the price does not add up. As a Retired Information Technology geek I can say that for what we get is kinda overpriced. RIght now, for the buck, SLINGTV has you guys beat by two miles...They have ALL the ESPN channels and SEC channels and even other College Conferences....The Sports Package for $29 is way way overpriced IMHO...Like I said I've done my homework and testing the "cord cutting" services out....

The issue I started having was with the guide. No matter what the guide would not adjust with the time. So if I turn on the app lets say at 11am and watch TV, and then go back to the main guide at 2pm it will still be on 11am time!!! Thats the only issue I have so far besides not enough sports channels in the sports package they are selling us..

it may take up to 72 hours for a reply by an Official Employee here as this is not an emergency. Call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix the issue so that your current username is associated only with your current address/account number. fixed?

Ugh! Two days later it started again, despite pausing/exiting streaming before closing browser, allowing cookies, etc. Had second tier support deprovision streaming devices (first tier had no clue what I was talking about or were just afraid to do it) and once again it's working. Craziness.

copying from previous reply: 11700 is usually caused by improperly closing streaming website sessions by closing the browser instead of exiting from the viewing of a stream properly. call 800-Comcast and select TV technical support and ask the agent to deprovision all your streaming devices. If the agent doesn't know what you mean ask for a supervisor.

find the users that keep closing browsers/apps without stopping the video first to stop the problem from occurring. when the video is stopped first then that stream is no longer listed as an active streaming device and you then have that 'slot' open to use. opening a new browser later creates a new access and decreases your 'active' streaming count.

i just ran  into this today and drove me crazy...it seems that theres some kind of "update" on  the streaming page, DO NOT UPDATE it will cause huge issues with streaming online

after i did the update i wasnt able to stream and i was getting "Error TVAPP-00406" and after talking with comcast online rep, they did account refresh-modem restart-and 1 or 2 more things and none them work so i went to sleep (broken back, stuck in bed with no tv in the room just have my laptop with its own ethernet line, i hate wifi)

woke up and i tried it again and i was able to stream just about everything but still having issues...so the update has something to do with youre account and not something comcast installed like i thought they did...so if this happen to you use the online chat they seem to be better at dealing with things vs calling the number..

that is now how it works. Web pages are updated by the publisher at any time. it is not possible to 'load' an older page. are you speaking of a smart device app or the streaming website that is used when using a desk/laptop?

devices have no need nor tool/menu to 'organize'. what issue are you having? You posted in streaming website area. The primary issue with 'devices' in the website area is that users need to remember to stop the stream before closing the browser window.

its on comcast streaming online site...did you clcik on the link that i posted too?

it has nothing to do with "older page"...its 100% due to the update that comcast sent out itself.

websites don't update your PC. note that the forum guidelines ask that you do not open multiple threads on same subject nor cross-post to other threads with essentially the same posts.
