Windows 10 OS - browser is SlimJet (Chrome) This is most likely a browser problem (Flash??) but the lasck of further info on the error makes determining what that might be problematic.

just load and run Chrome (turn on their integrated flash that is fully sandboxed) and the site will run just fine.

are you speaking of a numbered linear channel being viewed in home? are you in the home connected to your home wifi? what is the network call letters?

DRM requires special browser conditions and end to end encryption. only a certified for DRM browser will connect and allow the stream.
(Error TVAPP-00115) other have this problem and no one is getting a response by comcast or anyone who can read since they ask questions that have nothing to do with someone who says they are using their home PC. what is wrong with this company, is it that hard to give us the service we are paying for? do you WANT us to illegally download tv since we cant watch it?

Watching from my Apple TV, when I go the activate website neither xfinity or Comcast are options.
are you getting an error message? did you try calling 800-Comcast and select billing and ask the agent to perform a UDB account refresh?
Because they want you to go online and steal them from piracy websites.

there is a known issue that affects random customers for random amounts of time. It appears that during peak times some servers are at over capacity for programs to be recorded. The errors cause the servers to move customers around to less 'full' servers over time.
I can open and close windows in Firefox after accumulating some cjanels in Last Watched. However, if I close and re-enter Firefox the ;st is empty except for the currently opened channel. I can't check in Chrome because it will not even start Live Tv. Downloaded latest Adobe Flash today.
Any news? We have also had the same issue. I assume we are all trying to watch Raw and Smackdown? I can't tell if it is something with WWE or USA or our computers. Only able to pull it up with an Android, not an iPhone.
