Stream TV
I'm been having problems with my Stream TV for a couple of weeks. On Live TV and on TV Go I only have 3 options for channels. They are: Fox College Sports (Atlantic, Central, Pacific). I have tried deleting the app and I have also logged completely out of Stream TV. Neither one of these changed anything. I still see the same 3 channels. What do I need to do to see the other channels?

Comcast has a major problem. I have a Samsung galaxy 6 and have the same problem with comcast. I have xfinity home for awhile as connected to phone after awhile it goes to authtication error...this is not a problem with Samsung or verizon..it is a major problem with xfinity. I for one am going to go with a different internet service provider...and cell service provider... xfinity and Verizon are both to blame...the only resolution is for people not to use these 2 carriers..then they will get the message..

There were new updates for Edge on Windows 10 today 12/12/17. They included one for Adobe Flash.
After doing the updates let us know if things are working now.

I had this problem, called support and they did a refresh on my account and everything started working again after it was complete and I logged out and back in.

My Xfinity Stream app is no longer working. It’s not showing recordings or scheduled recordings. If I use the TV Remote app it shows these things, but I can’t watch from that app. I have tried logging out and even deleting and reinstalling the app. Any suggestions?

previous thread answers said it was server load issues. have you tried to log out of the app (the settings menu has a gear icon) and then logging back in?

Have you checked under your computer settings to see if it is set to turn off the screen or go to sleep in 30 minutes. If so set the time limits longer.
Many computer programs don't recognize that someone is using the computer unless a key is pressed, or maybe the mouse is moved. Watching a movie may not be recognized by the computer as someone using it.

First, Fox News is not listed on On Demand, so I can't catch up on shows. Is this because Comcast is owned by NBC? Considering what I pay for Comcast each month this is unacceptable.
Secondly, for the last few days, I go to the FOX app to watch a live show, and a show I had access to, is now locked (key symbol). Causing me to have to start the whole log-in process again. Why??

my audio gets garbled every once in a while.
My audio gets garbled every once in a while. If I turn off my TV and turn it back on it goes away. I just bought a new TV and thought that maybe my problem would go away but it happens on both my old TV and my new TV. We don't have cable and we stream everything through Chromcast. Is the streaming causing this? The TV is brand new and not much to it.

Well Stream TV worked perfectly yesterday evening but this morning we're back to the same problem. I can only see 3 channels on my cell phone. Guess I'll wait until December 20th like Support told me & see if my problem is fixed by then.

Re: Starz App STILL Unavailable
Download the Xfinity streaming app. If you have a subscription to Starz, you’ll be able to watch their content there. As for the starting 2 days earlier than everyone else on Outlander and such, no idea. Agreed that it’s annoying and frustrating. Comcast has the sands issue with Cinemax too - you’d think they would knock the $7.99 off our bill so we could order the Starz channel Independently at least. Ugh Comcast (eye roll)
