Important to know that the "serial number" listed in the account fot the modem is not for the serial number of the modem but for the MAC number. In my case I own my own and it has 2 MAC numbers and the wrong one was listed in my account. A call to tech support and they corrected it and now I can authorize.
Now if I could just get all my channels on the Roku app (Like I have on the iPAD) I will be all set. I wouldn't care but most of the channels on Roku TV is letter box.
Not working on my Chrome browser either. Checked settings and resintalled. Since Adobe will end flash in a couple of years, maybe Comcast will get with the times and revamp the site
I have the same problem. I have new roku premiere and stick. All apps good except xfinity stream beta. Some ZHBO channels are full size. I also question the channel line up. I can not filter by HD like the ipad which works. Dont have the HD channels on Roku. I think that is the issue. I dont have any option on the app to adjust picture size or wide screen. Any suggestions?

Hi toti1. Can you please tell us which web browser you are using when you encounter this error? Also, have you tried a different browser?
When I try watching DVR'd programs using the app of streaming website, the programs randomly skip ahead. This happens on every program I try to watch this way. It does not happen when I watch these same program straight from the DVR on my TV. It also has never happened prior to yesterday (I frequently stream my DVR'd shows while working). Any suggestions? I have tried logging out and in, killing the app and reloading, etc.
Same issue here. Just noticed it last night for the first time on the app. Also happening today when I tried streaming from the Xfinity streaming website.

The majority of the HD channels are full screen but for some reason the NHL Network channel is not and is about 3/4 of the screen with a black background around it. I have 2 roku's (Roku 3 and a brand new streaming stick (3800RW). Are other folks having the same issue with this channel and if not what could be the issue?

I am missing the Record option, when reviewing each show. For instance the current football game, and yesterday's games, I wasn't able to choose to record from the web interface. This just started recently.
Trying to watch the NFL game and keep getting this error. This is the second time in a week that this has happened. Please help
The game is over now and it never worked, why am I paying for this service if it's not going to work when I want it?
