I can’t delete scheduled recordings. There is no delete button. Customer service did not have a clue. Deleting programs already recorded is not a problem but deleting “scheduled recordimgs” does not seem possible. There in no delete button. I tried deleting from my cable box. No success. Tried on both iPhone and iPad scheduled recording won’t delete. Anyone please help

I have the same problem, but also cannot record current and future show by using my home computer or smartphone. I can record using the TV listing on my TV, but not remotely.

I too would like an Apple TV 4K app. In fact, that’s the only reason I signed up. The Comcast support person said there was an Apple TV app. Was he mistaken? Is there an Apple TV beta app I can get via TestFlight?

I have been having the same problem for the previous 2 weeks. When I try to stream on my computer or the app on a tablet/phone I get a message stating that I only have access through my home network. I'm clearly only connecting thorugh the home network and the television works without a hitch. I've called Xfinity and walked through all the trouble shooting steps with more than one representative. No one seems to be able to identify the problem. I'm paying for this service. Based on the other comments on this forum, this is not an uncommon occurrance. If Xfinity doesn't solve the problem, the only solution is to switch providers.

You can use the xf roku app but you must use a supported roku.

Xfinity Stream error "Well That Didn't Go As Planned"
I've been having issue after issue lately with the Stream site. First shows would freeze and I'd have to exit and resume only to have it play for a few seconds before freezing again. Now, while watching Live PD tonight, everything was fine until I got the error saying "Well That Didn't Go As Planned. We're having trouble playing this recording. We checked for this program On Demand but, unfortunately, it is not available. Please try watching another program.". Well, obviously it's not available On Demand considering it's currently airing and it's live. When I went to try it again, even though it's been recording for 1 hour 42 minutes, it only plays for 13 minutes. It's ridiculous when we're charged so much for services yet it barely ever works right. Then without telling anyone about a lawsuit, they stop certain features. Yet when I do a chat for more than an hour to find out why certain features are gone, the Comcast rep says everything should be fine. How do they not know what's going on? They want us to pay crazy prices for services but don't care if they actually work...

Allow Stream to know your location to find local channel....
I enabled, now how I disable from allowing them to know my location. There is a local network channel that I know I can hook into for the feed to view NBC..,
