The certificates most likely do not match yet.
I just checked the Windows 10 update site and found no offical updates for Adobe Flash since the middle of December. I avoid using pop-up versions coming on different sites. Some have been found to be fake.

Both Edge and Chrome say it is an Adobe Flash issue but both have Flash turned on. This is a fresh build of Windows 10.
It does work on my Android and iPhone but not on a Win 10 box.

Works on my win 10 puters using FF, chrome, & edge. You need flash enabled, accept third party cookies, and don't delete cookies on exit.
How far do you get?
It should be working. I've had Windows 10 for years and have been using the site on Chrome, Edge, FF & Opera. If I clear my cache, I do have to turn Adobe Flash back on but other than that it works. Try clearing your cache, log in again and turn flash on
I have a similar problem with the total number of shows (percentage) not matching. In my case, it shows 87% full 102 Recordings on the site and 4% full and 133 recordings on the TV. Also, had an issue with shows that I started to watch while they were recording. I was watching Live PD which is 3 hours long yet while I was watching (it had already finished airing) and was at 1:42:38, the recording ended but when I exited the video, it showed it recorded 180 minutes but only let me watch 102 minutes before stopping.
You mean I have to change the default settings in Chrome? I just downloaded Chrome for the first time on this machine and Xfinity says Adobe Flash is having trouble.
Oh wait? You have to actually enable Flash???

Hello, When I attempt to download a recording to either my Samsung Galaxy s8 to Tablet S2, the download seems to get to 100% but does ntot say downloaded.
It still says "downloading" both on the download menu and recording menu. Very Frustrating
I saw the statutory prohibition against recording from a device or computer.
Thi is absurd and in my view puts Xfinity/Comcast as a real disadvantage. Is there an estimate as to when this feature will be restored. I will likely switch in 6 months if it is not.
Sometime if I'm watching something on a device in one room, I want to record. I do not have that option.
Again, any estimate on restoration?
Today I had to change password because of data breach. Upon doing so I could no longer log from my Ipad to the App XFinity TV (no problem logging from PC). I did all the normal stuff, clear cache, uninstall-reinstall, reboot etc. Nothing worked and no answers--so I (reluctantly) upgraded my IOS to 10.3 (above 9 needed to download the newer app) and then downloaded the Stream App which connected effortlessley. Something killed my legacy compatibility today--not for me to figure out--just posting here to save anybody else also pulling out hair.
Please pass my feedback also, I agree with the poster that we need this feature! Comcast is really behind on this now as Apple is now partnered up with over 400+ TV providers supporting SSO.

And having SSO for iOS doesn't count because I pretty much never watch the content on my phone..
