Many browsers are stopping support of flash in the near future (https://hacks.mozilla.org/2017/08/flash-in-memoriam/). It is unacceptable for a company like Comcast to be so far behind the times. Please let users know when you will migrate to a modern HTML5 platform.

The website is written in HTML5, Adobe flash is required because they are using Adobe DRM. When the find a replacement for the DRM component, then flash will no longer be required.
I would like to add Fox+ paid service to my account. Does it include on demand Movies on the Fox network also? Or is it for network Tv shows only?
The whole reason I wanted to add the service is to watch their movies without commercials and wanted to make sure. TY

FOX+ is not available through comcast. As a matter of fact, it is not even available in the USA!!!

Hi campbells80, are you using a computer to stream content or are you streaming from our "Xfinity Stream" app? Do you get the same red picture on all content?
Says not playable doesnt show resume button. trying to resume (Error 102100.5: Loading of the specified resource has failed)
I've also just discovered today that my HBO on the streaming tv listings is gone!

I binge-watched Motive Seasons 1 to 3 and while choosing each next episode to watch, I kept being redirected to Season 4 episodes, so I had to keep choosing the Season I was watching. Tonight, after finally watching the final episode of Season 3, I no longer see Season 4 episodes avalable to watch. What happened to Motive Season 4? Why can't I watch these when up to yesterday I could see the Motive Season 4 episodes available to watch? In fact, a few days ago, I inadvertently clicked on a Season 4 episode and watched it thinking it was a Season 2 episode. Now suddenly there are no Motive Season 4 episodes.
Trying to stream season one of GOT on my macbook air. The display indicates it is playing but no image and no sound appears. The screen just remains black. When I move forward through the episode, I see still images, but get not sound or video
As of about 2 weeks ago, when I open my Xfinity home page...it displays multiple current streaming stories to choose from....when I click on any of them, it always says 'this page is not available, sorry'. Anyone know how I can gain access to these streaming stories again? Thanks in advance!
I just bought a smart tv. How do I connect this to xfinity to access its functionalities?
I have NOT accepted any solutions and the problem still continues so I don't know why all of a sudden it showed up as solved? I don't see any information that corrects this problem and I still have unusable audio. Should I just assume that I'm stuck and won't be able to use XFINITY ?

Again this is pulsating sound from low volume intensity to loud and distorted static repeating continuously while attempting to watch ANY programs using the XFINITY application for kindle fire. This pulsating sound does not occur on any of the other applications for viewing video on Kindle Fire. The rate of cyclic pulsating volume is best described as surges - from soft to very loud and distorted to the point where it's mostly just static sound - is approximately one pulse per second.
Please help if you can - I've used XFINITY for years - I'm not sure if there is a solution but if not I guess I'll have to switch to satellite permanently. 😣

Another useful feature which is on the channel guide on the TV but not on the website guide - a visable designation of shows which have already been programed to be recorded.
swanda, this is found via the "Scheduled" section of XFINITY Stream. This will show all upcoming to be recorded programs.
Thanks for your feedback about the new programs designation. At this time, clicking into a show and viewing the episode is the method for viewing the newest episode.
