This problem just cropped up for me too, using Chrome. If you run script anyway, you can get the page to load albeit unsecured. Keep that page open and then in another tab open it again. It loads normally, and secured. You can then close the first tab. No clue why this happens, but maybe xfinity will fix it.

Are you trying to watch off your home network? If so, try the CNN TVGO channel.

xfinity internet channel re-arrangement
On my laptop, my xfinity channel numbers were the same as my in-house TV............until 2 weeks ago. Xfinity changed all my channel numbers on the internet and eliminated a lot of channels....for example, I no longer get NBC and now I can't watch Thursday Night NFL games on my laptop. I had the Xfinity repairman out to my house and he could not fix it. He said, "Some 3rd party controls the channel numbers and Xfinity has no control over it. Believe me, if I had another cable TV choice, XFINITY would be history. Satellite doesn't work for me....so I am stuck with a big monthly bill for lousy service.

Asking to cleared browser cache from chrome
Tried to login to xfinity to watch tv. I keep getting a message to clear my browser cache. I've done that a few times and I still get that message when it tries to load. Any insight?

the xfinity stream beta app which the xfinity employee suggests does include starz if you subscribe; BUT may as well NOT. Streaming on demand programming from starz is so LOW in quality, it literally is blurry. Other channels do not have this problem. I can only watch starz on actual tv with xfinity receiver. This has caused me to watch Starz very little and I'm done paying for it. The starz streaming problem has existed for a couple years now, back when the Starz app stopped allowing xfinity customers to authenticate. I was excited when the stream beta app was released, but it is not genuinely starz streaming. It is an unacceptable level of poor quality, apparently extreme compression based on the consistently lossy results. I can live without Starz. With amazon and netflix and hulu, I look forward to giving my business to those providers who deliver the actual service i pay them for. Comcast is as guilty as Starz for not addressing this, and after this much time, it should be resolved. Money talks - boycott Starz and while xfinity has us in monopoly like grasp, a way to make yourself heard is via customer satisfaction surveys. be heard!

movie skips and sound no longer is sync with movie
Hi, I was watchin on Demand TCM the Song of Bernadette online and there is a skip at 33:35 that causes the movie to no longer be synced with the movie. I restarted it from the beginning to see if it was an issue with my computer and it did it again. Please fix this glich as continuing to watch the movie is impossible. Thank you.

Yeah, Ive done the whole uninstall, reinstall, reboot, relogin.....
This is occuring with both the Streaming Beta app on Roku and on the web based app via the Comcast website.
Luckily I was able to logout and log back in to HBOGo to get that so we can watch GOT and Ballers! LOL

I've been having the same problem every time with CNN, HM&M, TCM and USA since mid-August. Comcast needs to fix it someday soon I hope. None of the Comcast posted solutions work.
