Hi. Using Samsung Beta app----contstantly getting thi error and/or jsut getting the 3 dots

I've been trying to work this problem out for the last week. Roku Ultra with new modem. still getting Drmsession 403-102.
Choppy streaming video resolved by itself after six months. Wonder if comcast leased server and it timed out. This is not a problem with our computers or browsers.
Had these same issues! Then I got the idea to remedy this since xfinity works great on ny android devices but not so good on my desktop.
I installed Bluestacks from here: https://www.bluestacks.com/download.html
It is an android emulator for windows that works great and has an excellent reputation. it also has the google play store built in and I just downloaded the Xfinity Stream App, logged in as I do on my android devices and it works great!
Works with other android apps as well so you can run those apps on your desktop as well!
Good luck and happy streaming!

Any updates on appletv availability?

wrote: I have the same problem when using my computer. It seems that xfinity requires streaming to run Flash. No other service (netflix Hulu and HBO) require me load flash. Think that Xfinity is just well behind the times. They should be all over this problem to get it resolved. God Knows we are all paying them a fortune each month to provide a service available elsewhere for far less.
flash is used to authenticate HDCP and to check during the video that all is still encrypted (path).

you may need to reboot the PC and not run other programs. are you using the chrome browser? do other devices play normally? if you move the device closer to the modem does the issue improve?
I called Comcast billing twice today to unlink/remove old account from my login. Unfortunately, both attempts were unsuccessful in removing the old account number from my login.
First rep I spoke with was very helpful and stated the old account number should be removed once I re-login to comcast website. However, this was not the case. Second rep I spoke with stated this wasn't possible.
Is there another way to get this resolved?
Thank you.
no, see the post just before your post. when/if the app is available it will be in your LG app store.
When I go to watch this episode of The Rookie the first 19:40 seconds of the on demand stream is of a different show before The Rookie actually starts and then the last 20 minutes of this 9th episode is cut off. Who can I talk to in order to get this fixed?
Finally Comcast got around to fixing it.
I have not email streaming or anything for more then 2 weeks.......Level 3 is working on it....."no answers"

What happens when you use the web site for email?

Thanks.
Try calling 1800comcast and ask for billing and explain your issue.

Thanks! I was on twitter messenger w/ @comcastcares and the customer service rep worked on it all day - couldn't ever get it working on the computer that was having the problems, so thinking it's an issue with the computer... thanks!

I thought we could stream our xfinity TV through the Xfinity App on a Roku stick, but it apparently it will only work on our home Xfinity wi-fi. Phones, tablets and laptops will work fine. Is there a workaround other than plugging the laptop HDMI into the TV? Thanks
I installed the Xfinity app on my Roku TV and it says I don't have video service, but I do! I have TV DVR and internet with xfinity. What do I need to do to get it to work?

are you connected (roku) to your own home internet wifi service? did you signin to authenticate with your account's email address?

that is the only way and it is a grand-fathered use of the TV as a 2nd monitor for the computer.
