Recorded Shows

We record "Outlander" and have recorded 12 episodes.  We have always been able to watch using Xfinity on our TV or on our computer.  Recently all of the Outlander episodes have disappeared from the list of recorded TV shows that are listed on the computer but still show as recorded on the TV/DVR.  All of the other recorded shows are in sync and none are missing except Outlander.  Have "chatted" with tech support 3 times over a 2 hour period.  No one can solve the problem.

 

Any suggestions or sources of support?

Filter: 'Free to me' isn't working

I click 'Browse' and choose the Filter and select 'Free to me' and hit apply.

 

I see list of shows displayed... I clicked on (GoT, and tried Shameless) and it says' I need to buy... If my filter is set to 'Free to me'... Why are you showing the shows that aren't free (Your filter is n't working or at least it isn't worked as desired)...

 

At least, those shows, that have a '$$' involved should have a '$' icon or some 'premium' tag displayed to indicate they aren't free...

 

The filter doesn't work and it is misleading...

Is this the reason some of us are having issues with live channel streaming with the Xfinity Stream app.  Someone should look into that!

If someone could please help, that would be greatly appreciated. From the similar post of this issue, I did try clearing my internet cache and cookies several times. It does not help. 


An official employee will usually respond within 72 hours to your post. you can call 800-Comcast and select billing and ask the agent to fix your username to point only to your current account/address to fix the problem.

Everytime I try to use stream now I get this at login

Sorry, we've run into a problem.

The good news? We can take care of it right now. First, you'll need to sign out of your account.
When you sign back in it'll be fixed. Ready?

I have tried via messanger to resolve this issue. They have resent my account. Reset my modem. Still No fix.

the cloud DVR keeps the last 60 hours recorded. older recordings fall off as new are added.

for series, if any episodes are free to you then the series shows up. you would have to look through the episodes to find those that are currently available and free to you to view.

an Official Comcast Employee will usually respond here to your post within 72 hours. you can call 800-Comcast and select billing and ask the agent to fix your username so that it points only to the current address/account number for your account.

Hi. I have always had the local channels. They are back after many calls to Xfinity. It took almost a month before the problem was fixed... I am located in CT. I was missing all my local stations. Thank you. Smiley Happy

I am unable to access my local channels while logged into the network AT HOME.

I have logged my computer into other network as I travel but shouldn't it know I'm at home.

How do i fix this.

try a different device (phone/tablet) or desk/laptop. you can try rebooting the PC you are using. if using wifi, try moving closer to the router.
