The Serial number registered in My account matches the real device number.

 

I am sorry that I have my picture posted in the first time when I was actually away from home. I screenshot the error messages again on my windows desktop using Chrome and the screenshot from my iPhone on the Xfinity stream app.

I have the same issues with many shows, thi is going on for weeks

this used to work

 

Now new problem, not all shows I recorded in the last 3 days are showing up online at

https://www.xfinity.com/stream/recordings

 

Please keep complaining 

i am looking to switch service if this is not resolved asap

 

I have tickets open for weeks, nothing is being done

in HDMI terms, the sink (TV in this case) has adjustments available in the HDMI port menu to adjust lip sync. the recommendation is to use a live prime-time program on a major network (ABC, NBC, CBS) and make the adjustment.

you could try pressing the A button on your remote and select and run system refresh. if that doesn't fix it, call 800-Comcast and select billing and ask the agent to perform a deep account background database refresh (takes up to an hour to complete). fixed?

I promoted your post to a separated thread. please give a specific example of that issue you are having (channel, date, time, title of series, season and episode number) and what happened including error code numbers and text.

Xfinity Stream App on Roku

After having no issues with the app for the past 4 months, I am no longer able to connect to the app on my two sets with Roku devices. I have called customer support numerous times, had a tech come to my house, reset the Roku devices, removed the app, disconnected the wifi, logged out and in, etc. The message on one tv is that I  am using is "This device can only access Xfinity stream on your in-home Xfinity wifi." The error message in the corner of the screen is: Error createDrmSession.403-102.  I'm using a Roku 3600 stick on this tv. The other tv has a Roku 3 and sometimes the app will stream and the quickly lose the connection. The app on my phone does work properly. Customer support has elevated the ticket but still waiting for them to call.

This problem continued to occur today. FNC dropped off at 8 am Pacific time. All other channels fine. The channel is fine on normal cable access via TV.

I had the same problem. I googled how to clear the cache for Apple TV and found a website that said to unplug the Apple TV for a few minutes. This worked.

did you try SD and HD and TVgo ?

you didn't say that you did what the above text said. working now? did you try unplugging the AC power to the set top box for 30 seconds or so then plugging back in?

I was actually on my Mac trying to watch a show. I checked the Wifi and confirmed it was connected to my modem.

I have tried watching 3 shows now (Chicago PD, Chicago Fire and Law & Order SVU).  All programs have froze multiple times throughout playing. After the intitial freeze the audio and video were mismatched by about 30 seconds throughout for the whole program.  Anyone have any suggestions?

did you try a different smart device? move closer to your home wifi? how is the same recording on your home DVR?

It’s so frustrating when content doesn’t display correctly. I don’t want to watch programming with a black box wasting screen space! What’s the point? How hard is it to fix this??

Using the Roku app, this happens all the time. Right now it’s multiple channels, KRON4 pictured above in Bay Area California
