While watching the xfinity stream app on a roku it shows the loading/buffering dots. It doesn't pause or hesitate while playing. It plays perfectly fine but it shows the loading/buffering dots while streaming. Really annoying... anyone experiencing this or know how to solve it? I went into settings and tested the internet connection and it passed with flying colors and the dots went away for a few hours, then they were back.

Samsung Xfinity Stream Beta
Hi, I recently bought a UN75NU8000 and a UN43NU7100, both new for the 2018 year and both from Samsung. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the Xfinity Stream Beta app in either of the TVs' app stores. Is there anything I can do?

Am having the same problem, as yours and what others have posted. About two weeks ago it just stopped allowing me to stream with Google Chrome. I have been on with customer service 3 times for a total of 2 hours. I have cleared my cache, updated chrome, opened browsers, closed browser, rebooted my compute, rebooted the modem, checked for Flash Player settings,.....nothing works.
Based on the number of posts from people with similar problems one would think that perhaps Comcast (Xfinity) would figure out it is a problem at their end, quit blaming the browser, and get it fixed.

Just to clarify; i have no problem streaming on Amazon, Youtube, or others. It is only Xfinity that has the problem.

if you click on the X (always do that when you end viewing) the stream session will close and you can select another channel. the left circled icon is the mini-player. when you select that icon the picture will shrink and you can return to the guide and select a new channel or change to a recording, etc.

do you have more than one set top box? If so, do they all have the issue on the same channel? as a test, run the streaming website for same channel or use a smart device (iphone or android) and stream same channel. does it do the same thing?

samsung xfinity beta app won't scroll my recordings
When I run the app it won't let me scroll up/down when in my recordings. It works fine with OnDemand, tv channels and other menus.

samsung xfinity beta app and a mouse
I was having problems scrolling with my remote so I tried connecting a mouse to the TV. It showed a mouse cursor (little circle) as I moved the mouse around but clicking on the mouse buttons don't do anything.

xfinity tv stream to my computer quit after 1 year. I get "Now connecting to your entertainment experience", but does not load. I recently installed new TCL Roku set. Coincidence?
