a) What is the Asset Name, Season number/Episode number and please provide the URL/link of the video
TNT Live video stream of the Clippers/OKC basketball game
http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/live/network/tnt
b) Name of the ad that is disrupting playback or the last ad that played
All ads crash it. The game cuts to the ad, the ad ends, the screen goes blank, press ESC to come out of full screen, press the browser's reload webpage button to reload the player and start over. Game comes back into normal oscillation between high and low resolution until the (expletive deleted) software decides I'm on 25Mbps Comcast Business bandwidth.
From the first interruption to play the ads until I give up and go watch Youtube
d) What Operating System you are using? (Mac 10.6, Windows 8, Windows 7, etc.)
Windows 7 with automatic update fresh today
e) What Web Browsers are you using? (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Opera, Firefox, IE makes no difference. The server doesn't restart to feed the Flash player. The flash player does not crash. It still functions but has no feed from the program server on TNT
f) What time of day did this occur? (example: "Issue happened when I tried watching video at 3:30 PM EST) This may seem like an odd request but ads can rotate throughout the day. This means that a video may not work at 10:00 AM but will work at 3:00 PM.
10PM to 11PM tonight but it does it when games are on TNT.....
