I have been watching hockey games all winter, out of my home, with no issues. why does the audio not work for NESN on my macbook pro when I try to stream my recordings?  why am I dealing with this at the moment? especially when we pay a wicked high rate to have "cable" and wifi. please, somebody help.

are you using the xfinity stream TV website? are you at home connected to your own home internet (ethernet or wifi)?

To confirm, are you experiencing this through your cable box and TV, as well as the Xfinity Stream App on any Mobile devices?

1) Called for service and was offered and Instant TV package. However there is no Apple TV app and it doesn't allow you to AirPlay. Is an Apple TV app in the pipeline and imminent?

 

2) At the bottom of the All Channel List there are channels tagged as TV GO and a lighter gray background. What is the difference?

 

3) Also the web interface is Flash and not HTML. Not installing an outdated Flash player on my Mac. Why is a new service built on a legacy and outdate platform?

Rusty   - you are not providing inaccurate information here.  This is a not a problem with the Houston Astros or the Utah Jazz.  This is an agreement between AT&T and Xfinity.  Not sure which side is resisting. 

 

At&t sportsnet has 3 reiognal networks: Rocky Mountain, Southwest, and Pittsburgh.  In some cases, they have exclusive rights to broadcast so the suggestion to watch NBA.tv isnt a fix. 

 

Simply put, Xfinity is not a listed provider when you try to log into the att sportnets app.   There are about 30 other providers who are listed.  Can we get xfinity to work on partnering with at&t on this?

Xfinity Stream Kick someone off

Someone has my user name and password. They are streaming on the Xfinity app. They have bought movies. I can't remove them. I have changed my password, but they are still logged in through my old password. HELP!

FireTV compatibility

Would an official spokesperson from Xfinity Stream please tell us all when the service will be compatible with Fire TV ?      Your agents keep saying it is, but they are looking at an incomplete list they shared with me that ends with 2016 Fire devices!     I have a 4k version and 4 other sticks which all have OS 6.2.6.0 purchased in 2018.

Hi there, I am getting a "Connect to in-home WiFi to watch." when trying to stream my local channels on my laptop.  I am connected to my xfintity wifi.  Any suggestions? Tried all the usual of calling in and online chat and yet have fixed this issue.

I’m receiving the getChannelMap.TVAPP-00502 whenever I go to live TV on my Roku devices. I check all the version are compatible and the firmware is update. I have the tv service so I don’t understand the issue

Hi, NormAtHome. Do you know if the problem continues when you connect over ethernet directly from your device to the modem, instead of from your device to the router? Does that change anything for you? From past experience, we see in-home checks can fail and errors similar to this tend to occur when there is another device factored in.
