This is what I did. I trashed Firefox 57 in my applications. Then went to Firefox website and downgraded to Firefox 56.02. Downloaded and installed it. It works now

Xfinity Stream app won’t stream a show
When I go to Xfinity Streaming app on my iPhone and select a show to watch it starts streaming for a few seconds then abruptly stops and the message “Cellular data is turned off”. I only want to stream using home WiFi which is the setting I use to avoid running up cellular data charges. I use to stream shows with the WiFi only setting but it no longer works. What now?

That's all well and good to downgrade to Firefox 56, but I like to work with the latest software versions because of security updates, so I'm staying with FFirefox 58. I think developers of commercial apps should make them compatible with all browsers.

Xfinity Stream App will not play recordings
This morning I tried to watch the shows I recorded last night at the gym on my tablet-I have done this many times. This morning I am unable to watch my recorded shows (old & new) but am able to watch live tv. What is going on????????

The error you're posting about is not the one mentioned in the subject of the thread, FYI. Thread is about error 3322; you're getting error 3370. Make sure the Allow sites to play protected content (recommended) setting is ON at chrome://settings/content/protectedContent.

I'm having this problem as well. I log into my account on the web (lenovo laptop), my Andriod phone and my DVR and see the discrepancy. My DVR shows 80% full with 69 total recordings, however, my andriod and web broswer both say 100% full wwith only 47 recordings on it. I am seeing the two recordings litterally going on now on both the phone and the web but don't see some of the shows recorded as recently as last week. Any thoughts on how to sync the App with the DVR?

We have the same issue.
Comcast high level support says it is a legal issue by one of the major networks.
Not sure when it will be resolved.
Must be an objection to watching recorded major network shows online.
As with most issues, it is all about money.

Comcast/xFinity seems to have fixed the issue with Firefox 57 on a MAC. I'm currently watch a live show on xFinity in Firefox 57 on a MAC. Thanks tech folks for fixing this issue.

Closed Captioning not working on DVR programs, but does on live tv on xfinity app
Closed captioning used to work on my DVR programs, however, no longer functions. For some reason it works on Live TV still. I've submitted a request for a fix 4 times now and nobody has responded to me even once. Can anyone help?

xfinity stream dvr playback problem
i've been trying to watch my dvr'd programs from my dad's dvr through the xfinity stream website on my desktop.
i live in a different city than my dad, but i have been able to watch shows on occasion...last night, for instance.
however, most of the time, i just get a loading screen (tv channel logo, 3 dots...). after a minute or to of that, it switches to a screen that says
YOU CAN STILL WATCH THIS ON ON DEMAND
unfortunately, there is a problem with DVR playback. the good news?
___________________ is available on demand.
then it gives me the option to watch on demand.
i DO NOT get an error message. PLEASE HELP

The situation has got even worse. Most of the episodes don't even play now. A screen saying "Well that didn't go as planned... we're having trouble...."pops up.This happened with Marvel's agents of shield S5E1, ABC World News tonight with David Muir. THe skipping is still there on DC's legents of tomorrow S3E8. Alos another thing is the available recordings on the cloud are different on different computers. One computer say 85% space used with 55 recording, another computer says 77% full/47 recordings while actually on the DVR it says 89% full/69 recordings.
