Absolutely agree. I've had Comcast only 2 weeks. The screen pixelates. Sound drops. Program burps, jumps skips. I called customer service and waded through the menus only to get cut off. Then I called back. The rep now keeps saying "hmmm" and says "My computer doesn't have your information. I see your address. Hmnm... Hmmm..." I finally said, "Why do you keep saying hmmm." He finally put me on hold, came back and said, "I don't know how to help you. I need to transfer you."
This is by far the worst cable provider I have ever used. No wonder I avoided them for a decade. I'm about ready to enact the 30 day guarantee, get my money back and go to UVerse or satellite.
Wow. Everything I've heard is true about how bad Comcast is.
