I am unable to login into HBO GO. Seems like this is an issue for many folks and has never been resolved. I've tried to chat, and spoke with two different representatives on the phone, This is getting a bit ridiculous. One said they needed to reset my login and try back in 1HR. And the other call later they were confused what the issue was and were unable to resolve anything.

Is the only option to cancel or just happen to call at the correct time to get the expert? This is a bit frustrating and I will be on the phone once again to see how this can be resolved.
A similar message also appers when I try to login to the Olympics.
Anyone have any recommendations?
