Just tried to enter the xfinityinsider.com sweepstakes and it all worked until pressing the submit button. The button doesn't work.
Tried to watch TV online and the authentication behind the scenes routinely fails making it so I can probably watch just one show a day. After that constant authentication errors with useless cryptic error messages. Questions to this forum have done nothing to resolve the issue.
No problems on Netflix, Amazon, hulu etc. They all work fine all the time. Xfinity.com however only works about 20-40 percent of the time. Even paying my bill online I often get a "Sorry a glitch occured message, please try again later"
It is suggested on the internet that this issue arises because of under regulation of comcast by government entities. That increased legislation is needed to deliver fair services for the consumer. And that the government legislators need to hear from comcast consumers.
