I have ben having the same problem at zip code 33486.
I have been told by different Comcast customer service reps that:
* the service is available but there is a problem on 'our' (comcast) server with your address
* the service is almost available, soon
* you need to hook your RNG200N to your modem with an ethernet cable
* the RNG200N is not compatible with the dvr manager
Geez, does anyone at Comcast know what they are doing?? HELP!!
