The commercials will play, but then the video will constantly buffer and never play. This issue has been ongoing for a moth or so now. In this time, I have not been able to get any video to play.
I have tried all the troubleshooting and have been unsucessful, including, but not limited to:
Making sure silverlight is up to date.
Ensuing I have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
Closed and restarted the webbrower
Restarted my computer
Logged in and back our of Xfinity
Cleared cookies, net history, etc.
Resetting license file

No. All the videos I have tried have the same issue without exception.
