It does not matter if you call, they are aware of the problem. I called....on the phone for an hour...they gave me the run-around then admitted they were aware of the problem. "We are working on it"
.....just one month, ha.....over 6 months here. It's not just TV on line for me, I can't watch ANY video on Comcast....not even the front page news videos. If there is a news video I want to watch I have to google it and watch it on another web site.
Thanks for nothing Comcast !!!!
