Re: DVR Manager not working from website or mobile app

Update: got a call on Friday night from an automated system telling me that my problem had been solved, to press 1 if I saw the fix on my end, 2 if I hadn't.  The message repeated itself a few times and the call terminated on the other end before I could get my computer booted up to check if the DVR Manager online was working.  It wasn't.  Called in to Comcast to make sure they were keeping the ticket open, and was told it was open and that someone would call me in 24 hours.  No call, no fix, and the Roku 3 I ordered 10 minutes after the call Friday night arrived today, so this will all be moot pretty soon unless I hear something from Comcast.
