FYI: Please check this out, but I believe Microsoft only supports IE 10 in Windows 8, while IE 11 is the upgrade for Win7. We ran into this novelty while updating my daughter's HP ENVY notebook, which sad to say, uses Win8. The video problems only occurred on my HP Pavilion laptop, which uses WinPro 7.
