You know what is awesome? When customer service says "we are not aware of this issue you are experiencing" when you can literally go to the webpage forum and see hundreds of the same complaints. Does customer service....umm....service customers? I don't know, but if I were tasked with answering people's complaints, I would go to the search feature and see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue. But is truly rocks when you have to pay $ hundreds of dollars, the dreaded "call us" phone call that inevitably gets dropped during a transfer after you have explained this basic issue 50 times to about 50 people (maybe it just keeps going to the same 3 people with different names just to be more awesome?).
Wow, we are in the wrong business. I am going to start charging people a monthly fee and I will set out to annoy them and then pretend I don't know what they are complaining about and disconnect them when they call, but man those commercials are ALWAYS crystal clear, no errors and that bill manages to be timely even in a Blizzard. That bill finds its way to me no problem.
