A few weeks ago I checked in and Comcast explained it was a TV-MA issue that they knew about. Now it isn't? I am using Windows 8 and come on, seriously going to suggest that Comcast Xfinity TV will not work with INTERNET EXPLORER? Ok, that makes sense.
I shouldn't have to download FireFox to watch shows online. I have Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, all play absolutely fine, so how is this not a comcast issue?
PLEASE GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR 2 WEEKS OF NOT BEING ABLE TO WATCH ONLINE. I HAVE POSTED EACH WEEK WITH THE SAME ERRORS AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE OR HAS BEEN DONE TO CORRECT IT.
I suspect it is a TV-MA parental controls issue as I can watch a few shows that are not TV-MA and Hulu shows sometimes work, but after that TV-MA screen it just goes black and 'buffering' comes up and does nothing.
