We recently added Uverse internet to a vacation home in Kentucky. While there this past weekend we accessed our Xfinity account with the plan to watch some online content that we subscrib to, HBO, Stars, AMC. We logged into our account without problem. We were able to watch the live online offerings like CNN, ESPN no problem, but when we tried to watch HBO, Stars, AMC, etc. We got and error message saying that we could not watch if we were out of the U.S. We tried, rebooting computer and modem, etc. Clearing browser, changing browsers, etc. etc. We changed computers we were using, same error message. . If we go to the HBO, Stars and AMC websites, we can log in with our Xfinity account and watch anything we want but not on the Xfinity website. We were there for three days, never corrected itself. Called At&t, they said that their modem was working fine, the problem was on the Comcast end. Called Customer Service at Comcast could not get any help. Called back several times. Actually had one person tell me that the reason we couldn't reach our online account was because we were not in a Comcast service area. Crazy. Can you help?
