Cannot see all listings in TV Guide - Primetime button doesn't work

I have "HD Only" highlighted blue. I can choose "movies", "sports" or "Kids", but when I try to select "Primetime" it won't let me, I get the "red cross circle"! What gives? I cannot see all my channels to even setup Favorites.
