We were just alerted to several patches Adobe deployed that may break their Primetime player used on Xfinity. Can you validate your Chrome plugins by going to chrome://plugins/ in your browser?
From there hit the + button next to Details in the top right to expand all plugin details.
You may see 2 versions of Flash, if you see anything with "PepperFlash" in it, attempt to disable it and restart your browser. This version 15 was introduced this week with the latest Chrome release for Mac and PC. Let me know if disabling it fixes your issue. The only other alternative is to temporarily use another browser until we can work with Adobe to correct this issue.
