You posted this to the Website forum. Is it happening on your TV, or online? Assuming it's on your TV:
If you're using one of the very small digital adapter (DTA) boxes, try pressing the LANG button (just below MUTE) on the adapter remote. Otherwise please post the brand and model number of your cable box or DVR and describe how it is connected to your TV.
