Matt,
I do appreciate all that you do. You have been the only Comcast rep in a long time to tackle this issue. I think that we all understand that things happen. It is not a perfect world. All we ask is that somebody hear us, that the problem is acknowledged as a problem and that an attempt is being made to resove the issue. Basically, we just ask for some communication. Thank you for providing this. You are totaly awesome!
