Hey, guess what? This still ain't workin'.
Saw on another thread where the Comcast response (yes, there was one just a couple days ago, they're right on top of it), was "we don't know when it will be fixed". I'm guessing that everyone there is on vacation, though it's hard to tell the difference from any other time of the year. I can give you a more definite ETA on when the TV Listings screen will be fixed: either by Christmas, or more likely, never.
Seriously, I still can't comprehend how this TV Listings screen is broken so often, and when it is down, it takes weeks to fix. Maybe if Comcast quits messing with the screen by adding "features" to it that nobody wants or needs, then the entire TV Listings functionality wouldn't be unusable.
Just a suggestion.
