We have just upgraded to the new X1finity this morning and when we went to use it we noticed that while the time on the box is correct the times listed are about 4 hours ahead. It's 9:17 now and the times on the guide are showing that it is 1:17.
When we went to upgrade to the new box and DVR we were also informed that we had been paying for Starz for some time now but the channels do not work and at this time I'm unable to get into contact through the service line on the phone.
