As an alternative you could try, https://tv.yahoo.com/ . Yahoo TV is powered by zap2it, but since zap2it changed their screen, I've been relying on Yahoo for my listings.. 
The only time I use comcast's guide is if I want to watch something online and need to check date and times of the shows.
