We live in a row of townhouses and for more than six weeks our neighbors and we have experienced pixilation and total outages on some stations, mostly the lower channels and frequently during early morning and prime time evening hours. At times we get a very clear non-pixilated "Not Authorized" message on a major channel (NBC, ABC, and CBS).
We have had Comcast technicians out at least four times and the problem seems resolved, but always recurs. The problem is not with our equippment so it's hard to believe that we are the only customers having this problem.
We need someone at Copmcast to focus attention on this, track down the problem and fix it once and for all.
