Unsurprisingly, this is still not working. The screen with the TV Listings never completely loads, and instead hangs and takes up 100% of the CPU.
This latest episode has been going on for about a week, and not one word from Comcast as to the status or any updates on this issue, let alone coming up with an actual fix. Even more incredible when you consider that we had the exact same issue just about a month ago, and it took like two weeks to get it resolved back then.
This is inexcusable. But it's also inconceivable, since the TV listings screen/functionality breaks down roughly every six months or so. How is this even possible? I have to ask, is there anybody there at Comcast in charge of software development and/or software testing? I sincerely doubt it. If there is, they need to be fired, pronto.
And you wonder why Comcast consistently has some of the lowest customer satisfaction ratings on the planet. JUST FIX IT!
