Are you not a Comcast Internet customer or are you using a third party DNS? The below /computer check states you have our Triple Play (Internet, Voice, and Cable):
Internet Subscriber: True
Cable TV Subscriber: True
Voice Subscriber: True
Have you literally checked all 50 streams or done a random sample? Also, are you getting this error when attempting to stream a TV show or movie? If so, can you run through some samples? Please exclude content from CBS or anything that has Hulu in the bottom of the player when you attempt to start it.
