I would say this issue is totally random. It comes and goes. Internet browsers can help temporalily but aren't the solution. Comcast can fix it and only comcast. I called my local comcast provider and went through every person listed on the phone system and complained about the network administrator. Even got a call from a corporate investigator. Did not talk to him but I was effective,my issue is gone, or atleast it seems to be.
No problems but then at the same time I get nothing fo channels now. So really I have no way to have an issue. Streampix was my issue but now I could care less. Comcast is like the police. Complain and they will try and hurt you. Kill you to shut you up, if they must. I have recently been late by 1 and a half weeks on my bill and collections began hounding me. 4 phone calls a day, told them I would pay when I did and to expect no reconnect fee from me. I paid my bill I just hope my video dont freeze!! Fukem
