Really? Those are the best excuses you can come up with for why nothing was done on this since 2012? There are "countless" posts here providing the exact information that was asked for, including my own. To no avail, new threads are also created to hopefully catch the attention of someone at Comcast, since this thread has been neglected for years.
I appreciate your recent posts and promise of updates, but to throw in these two excuses of "countless versions of this thread" and "the issues were not linked back to something you could help with" is disingenuous. If you can't help with the ad issues, then who can? Verizon? Comcast should have the decency to take full responsibility for not providing features it advertises and customers pay for, and without making excuses regarding the disorganization and neglect of its moderated forum.
Your initial posts displayed a humble sense of remorse, but now trying to disperse and inaccurately justify the neglect of this issue is just plain wrong.
