I am posting this mainly to get on the email; update for this thread. I have had similar problems...tried to watching an episode of Murder in the First and was about to call up Geico to tell them to kill the ***** pig or else I would cancel my policies with them. I am, for the moment not bothering with this Comcast service but would like to know when it gets fixed so that I can try it again.
I would suggest to Comcast that whie I understand that some ads are necessary, when negotiating with content providers who are looking for the ad revenue we ALL benefit from the viewing being a positive experience. If watching a show requires viewers to see tyhe same ad over and over again this can't be good even from the standpoint of the company wanting to selll us a product. An angry viewer is likely not a good customer.
