I complained to the online chat and they got rid of the commercials for me. But the insesant ad's keep returning. But I keep going to the online chat and they are once again taken away. I don't understand why paying customers should be forced to watch ads. We subscribe to cable because we don't want to watch commercials. There is no way Comcast Joe can say if there were no ads there would be no network for us to view. Comcast is raking in money from customers plus advertising dollars.
