It is unbelievable how ofter this occurs. Pretty much EVERY TIME I try to watch something online, instead of onDemand. I know I shouldn't be shocked that they haven't fixed this or even addressed the problem at all, but I am.
Maybe if we draw some media ttention to it like that guy did posting the customer service call online, then there might actually be something done about it.
Seems to me that watching tv online from the Comcast website i one of the features I pay for with my monthly subscription to Comcast's service. I NEVER had any problems when I was with DirecTV, watching online from their website.
