The last two weeks have been awful on Xfinitytv.com. We have been watching netflix instead. I'm tired of getting into these commercial loops all the time. It's a bummer to finally make the time to sit down and watch TV and for an issue to come up everytime we use this format. I've actually started going to the networks stations too because even that is better. So you want the specifics:
Running windows 7, chrome for my browser. Tonight, I was watching Witches of East End season two episode two. I have tried to watch last comic standing for the past few weeks but have been unable to get all the way through the episode. That would be this season and the last few episodes.
And before you ask me if we have done all the troubleshooting steps, let me say, yes. We used to work there, we understand how to check connections and restart modems and the router. I understand that there may be interferance once in awhile, we are using a wireless connection here! But when I can turn on netflix and or watch a show on a network station and only seem to be having problems with your site, I'm afraid by way of deduction, this is an issue with your site and or/ how it works on our computer. I'm going to try IE (puke) and firefox, see if I continue to have issues because I am half way through that dang show and I want to see the end!
