This is a growing trend of having some show episodes available for a short period On Demand. I have come across series where current episode will extire in a few days but previous episodes are available for some time. So if you want to catch up you have to binge watch. Also previous season of some shows being sold for $1.99 per episode. Just completed season of one show I have looked at is charging for 1st episode. So it is view it or pay for it option in the future.
