I am watching the Tour now. The video got the 900 error about 12 minutes into playing. Before that, the video was pausing every 3 seconds for 4-5 seconds and then skipping ahead, so the end result is you only got 1/2 of what they were saying. Not a good experience.
Thanks for keeping on this problem though.
