I did clear my Google/Chrome. Didn't help.
3 things worked.... Installing Firefox, downloading the new FLASH PLAYER, logging in with a different comcast email acount.
I logged out of Comcast.
I downloaded FIREFOX to use as my web browser. Firefox works much better to watch live TV (or stream). Next, I installed the new FLASH PLAYER compatible with my computer's window version, and the FLASH PLAYER compatible with FIREFOX browser.
Then, I signed back onto COMCAST. I used the email account that my bill was set up to.
I clicked on the little TV screen icon (top left) AND FINALLY, I GOT LIVE TV to work.
