I have had no cable tv for three days now. Every time I call, I need to go through the troubleshooting prompts and then when I am told to hod for the next rep, I am disconnected. Went online to find another way to contact this tour de force of customer service. I am encouraged to chat with an online "analyst", yet just sit there and wait and no one shows up. Of course, there is no other phone number to call. I am at wit's end. Is this really happening? I guess I will need to drive to the nearest service center (30 miles) next Saturday when I am not working in order to get this resolved. Reasonable. It's bad enough that Comcast charges an arm and a leg, but at least pick up the phone.
