So apparently my modem was moved into some cable box group or something like that. Anyway the representative was able to solve my problem and activate my cable box that wouldn't work. In the end I now am able to log into HBO Go again along with all the other sites such as A&E which was also a problem. Call that number and they will square it away.
I swear I was about to go back to Directv before I found this number.
